3 Trout Ponds
Trout Fishing
Hunting the predatory fish in our trout ponds. Choose between salmon trout and rainbow trout. The salmon trout is larger and has a fuller flavour, while the rainbow trout is milder and softer.
All caught fish may be taken home, smoked or exchanged for smoked trout. We're happy to share recipe tips!

Catch & Release
An exciting fight with a monster sturgeon, fat carp or mysterious catfish. With a fish stock of over 3,000 kg, our Catch & Release pond is always a great choice!
Enjoy a snack and drink from our brasserie by the waterside while you cast your line.
Artisanal & Traditional
Smokehouse & Fish Sales
Our trout is salted overnight and smoked with beechwood in the morning. Vacuum packed and shelf-stable for 2–3 weeks. Pure nature, no artificial additives.
You can also exchange your caught trout for smoked trout. Of course, fresh fish is also available.
