Smoked trout

Our trout is salted overnight to bring it to the perfect flavor. In the morning, the fish is hung in the smoker and smoked with beech wood to give it the authentic smoke flavor. Our products are vacuum packed and can be kept refrigerated for two to three weeks. A unique process that guarantees a wonderful taste experience!  All our fish is free of artificial additives. So no flavor enhancers or other modifications to the product. Pure nature and traditionally prepared. And you can taste that.
